Arizona drove to the Indianapolis 9-yard line with just over a minute left, trailing 31-27. The Cardinals went to fourth down and came up empty. “I got a little operating room, I thought I got a pass interference,” McBride said afterward. The officials disagreed. Indianapolis ran out the clock.
Murray sat out with a foot injury, his first absence since 2023. Harrison Jr. entered the concussion protocol in the second quarter after his head hit the turf hard. Tight end Travis Vokolek was placed on a backboard and taken off on a cart following a first-quarter kickoff collision; Fox Sports reported he was alert and able to move his extremities. The Colts lost cornerback Charvarius Ward to a concussion and backup quarterback Anthony Richardson to a fractured orbital bone, both during pregame warmups. Arizona finished with 400 total yards, nine of 14 third downs converted, and 32 minutes of possession. The Colts won their sixth consecutive home game.
